	Small systems customer administration training : PC21 To understand the basic structure of the NEAX 2000 IPS/IVS & the NEAX 7400 ICS 120 PABX.

	Neax 2000 internet protocol server technical : PC23 This course is designed for those involved in the installation and /or maintenance of the NEAX 2000 IPS.

	Neax ips 2000 networking and No. 7 signalling : PC26 This course is intended to extend the participants basic knowledge of the NEAX7400 ICS Model 120 to cover Networking theory and practice so they may be able to plan and implement a Network effectively.

	Small systems ip training course : PC27 This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the Small Systems PABX within the Network IP (internet protocol) environment.

	Neax 2000 ips small systems technical for sales staff : PC28s This course is designed to provide SALES staff with an understanding of the NEAX 2000 IPS PABX by supplementing participants existing knowledge of the NEAX ICS 120 PABX�s.

	Small systems ips - dmr training course : PC29R This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the Small Systems IPS PABX that has a number of Remote Site, thus forming a IPS � DMR Network environment.

	Large systems customer administration training : PC41 This course is designed so that the participant will: Understand the Basic Structure of the Large System PABX�S NEAX 7400 IMX 240/260/ 2400 IPX. Be able to perform Station moves and changes using the maintenance terminal.

	Neax 2400 ipx & neax 7400 imx 240/260 basic technical training : PC44 This course is designed to provide participants with a knowledge and understanding of stand-alone 2400IPX and 7400IMX 240/260 Business Switch Systems

	Large systems networking and no.7 signalling : PC/UV46 Learn to plan and implement a Network effectively. Understand the principles and application of No. 7 Common Channel Signalling.

	Neax 2400 ipx ip telephony installation : PC47 This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the installation and configuration of NEC�s core IP telephony products for the NEAX 2400 IPX ECP.

	Neax7400 imx/pmx model 240/260 series fccs training course : PC48 This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the concepts, hardware, setup and programming of an FCCS (Fusion Call Control System) Network.

	IP DECT Technical training course : PC68 This course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the IP-DECT

	IP DECT Technical for sales staff : PC98S This course is designed to provide SALES staff with an understanding of the IP-Dect

	Introduction to univerge sv7000 : UV03 The UV03 course is designed to introduce the Univerge SV7000 to those that are already familiar with the NEAX 2400 IPX.

	Univerge SV7000 technical for sales : UV05 The UV05 course is designed to give sales staff and insight into the Univerge SV7000 product and its features and functions. This information should prove invaluable when talking to customer as your knowledge of the product will be greatly enhanced

	SIP Terminals for Univerge IPX and SV7000 : UV08 This course will cover the implementation and use of SIP terminals, with an emphasis on the V95 SIP terminal, on the Univerge IPX and SV7000 systems. It is designed for those involved in the installation and maintenance of these systems

	Univerge wireless lan : UV11 UV11 covers all the fundamentals on the Univerge Wireless LAN product. The course covers the configuration and Maintenance of the Univerge Wireless LAN system.

	Wireless LAN fundamentals : UV12 CD The UV12 course is designed to give a broad and fundamental introduction to WLAN covering the technology used and the basic theory of operation.

	Neaxmail ad-8 voicemail system technical : PC74 This course is designed so that, on completion, the participants will be able to Install, Maintain and Administer the NeaxMail AD-8 Voicemail System.

	Neaxmail ad-64 voice mail system : PC75 This course is designed to enable participants (primarily Field Tech�s, Help desk staff and Voice mail administrators) to do basic administration functions on the voice mail systems. It has been developed to update NEAXMail AD-8 Field Technicians and Support staff to NEAXMail AD-64 for Windows 2000.

	Inskin UM4730i Voicemail Unqualified : PC78 This course will enable trained IPS 2000 Technicians to Install and Maintain the new UM4730i Voicemail Systems.

	UM4730i inskin voicemail Qualified : PC79 This course will enable trained Voicemail Technicians to Install and maintain the new UM4730i Voicemail Systems (technicians must have completed training on either IPK2 LX, UM4730, Repartee LX)

	Integrated attendant console : PC83 This course is designed to enable the participant to understand the procedures necessary to installation and maintain the IAC and gain an understanding of the admin/user functions.

	Data and networking fundamentals : PC91 CD This course is designed to enable participants to: Gain a sound entry level knowledge and competency in the fundamentals of LAN and WAN networking technologies. The concepts covered in this course will also enable the participant to prepare for the ANNS (Accredited NEC Network Specialist) certification.

	Networking technologies part 1 : PC92 CD This course is designed to enable participants to: Gain a sound entry level knowledge and competency in the fundamentals of routing. The concepts covered in this course will also enable the participant to prepare for the ANNS (Accredited NEC Network Specialist) certification.

	Networking practical : PC93 CD This course is designed to enable participants to: Gain a sound entry level knowledge and competency in the fundamentals of switching. The concepts covered in this course will also enable the participant to prepare for the ANNS (Accredited NEC Network Specialist) certification.

	Networking technologies part 2 : PC94 CD PC94 CD further extends the knowledge and competency in LANs and WANs - Design, Configuration and Maintenance. The concepts covered in this course will also enable the participant to prepare for the ANNS (Accredited NEC Network Specialist) certification.

	Xen IPK basic and expanded technical installation : KTS10 This course is designed to enable participants to: Have an understanding of the System capacities, Cabling & Software upgrades on the Xen IPK.

	Xen IPK basic & exanded advanced tech : KTS15 This course is designed to enable participants to: Read & tabulate the systems Routing capacities on a live system on all Trunks. Become familiar with the programming of Xen IPK Personal Handy Phone System.

	IPK Phase 2 options update : KTS16 CD

	Xen mail and xen mail lite AD-8 : KTS20 This course is designed so that, on completion, the participants will be able to Install, Maintain and Administer the XenMail and XenMail Lite AD-8 Voicemail System.

	CTI mail : KTS22 This course is designed so that, on completion, the participants will be able to Install, Maintain and Administer the CTI Mail Voicemail System.

	Xenmail CTI LX v2 Un-Qualified: KTS24 This course will enable trained IPK Technicians to Install and Maintain the new Xenmail CTI LX v2 Voicemail Systems.

	Xenmail CTI LX v2 Qualified: KTS25 This course will enable trained Xenmail Technicians to Install and Maintain the new Xenmail CTI LX v2 Voicemail Systems.

	Xen topaz technical installation : KTS31 The participants will program up using Handset programming and or PC programming. Gain knowledge of the System Program Number structure, the PC Web Browser plus PC Pro.

	Xen Topaz options update : KTS31a CD This course is designed to further advance the technician who has undertaken KTS31

	XEN IPK 2 technical installation: KTS33 CD This course is designed to enable participants to: - Gain an understanding of the System i.e. Capacities, Cabling & Software upgrades.
